Do I need a Membership to use All City Permits services?

No membership is needed to utilize the services offered by All City Permits but not all services are offered outside of the membership plan. A lot of our clients (Contractors, Developers, Mid-Size and Large Size Companies) are not eligible for the membership plan because it is only offered to Individuals, Families, Small Business Owners and Investors.

Membership offers that an instant Savings of 20% to 50% off be applied to all our Services. In addition, with Membership you will have up to 5 hours of service already included each year. Then if you need more service, instant Savings of 20% to 50% will continue to be applied to all our services. Membership gives you access to the same services that medium and big businesses have at a discounted rate.

Does it cost more to add my spouse or dependants to my Membership Plan?

No. Your spouse and eligible dependents are covered under your family membership.

Who is covered under my Membership Plan?

- The member
- The spouse of the member
- Children under age 18 for whom the member or spouse of the member is the legal guardian
- Never-married or Full Time student under 26 years old that are dependent children of the member or spouse of the member.

How do I use my Membership Plan benefits?

After you have signed up for an All City Permits Membership Plan, you will receive a welcome email within 24 hours that contains your Membership Card and other important instructions. When you need help call contact Member Services by Phone Toll Free 833 My-Permits (697-3764) or Email, members@allcitypermits.com. Have your Member ID handy.

How can I pay for membership?

What is the All City Permits Membership service area?

Membership Service Area includes all cities in Miami Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach Counties where we can physically travel to any building department, agency, and the like as needed. In addition, a lot of our services involve interacting with other government agencies throughout the State of Florida and also on a national level. We are able to perform these services using the combination of phone interaction and online systems that are available.

What is your cancellation policy?

We have a no contracts, cancel membership anytime policy which means that users can cancel service at any time, for any reason without being penalized although they will be charged for any services used up until that point. Once your membership is cancelled, if there is any unused portion of your membership fee, we will refund it on a pro-rata basis.

Does my unused service roll over to the next year?

Your 5 hours of yearly included service must be used within each membership year cycle and unused time will not roll over. Each year a new 5 hours of yearly included service will be available for you to use. Then if you need more service, instant Savings of 20% to 50% will continue to be applied to all our services.

How do I update my personal and billing information?

You can update your personal or billing info 24 hours a day by using the update membership form available at www.allcitypermits.com/update-membership-info.htm or by contacting Member Services at 1-833-697-3764 from 8am-5pm EST Monday through Friday.

Where do I find my Membership ID number?

All City Permits membership numbers start with ACP followed by 8 digits long. Look for your number in the initial welcome email and membership card that was sent to you when you signed up for service. You can also contact Member Services by email members@allcitypermits.com from the email that you signed up for service and we will resend that email to you.

How do I reinstate my membership?

You may request reinstatement at any time by contacting your All City Permits Member Services at 1-833-697-3764 from 8am-5pm EST Monday through Friday. You can also email us members@allcitypermits.com from the email that you used for service and we will contact you to get reinstated.
