process from start to finish including permit
submission, plan review, resubmission (to correct
any comments if needed) and getting the permit

As part of the building department reviews you will
need the Florida High Velocity Roofing Application showing the
proposed scope of work and related roofing forms and details.
On residential
property, permits can be applied for as Owner
Builder (if property has homestead exemption). On
commercial property, a Roofing Contractor will be
needed. We can recommend a Roofing Contractor if
needed for the project. If you need help putting
together the roofing package (roofing forms, product
approvals, calculations, etc.) we can help with that
part also.
