Broward County Review Certificates
(Asbestos,
Environmental, Developmental, etc.)
We are able to
expedite the process by doing same day
review
at Broward County. Call us at 305-300-0364 to get
started.
As part of the
permitting process for jobsites located in Broward
County (depending on the scope of work) they have to
be reviewed at the County before being submitted to
the city to get reviewed. Required reviews include
all commercial interior/exterior renovation
projects, all new construction and additions
(residential and commercial), roofing permits and
many other types of work.
We are able to
expedite the process by doing a review at
Broward County. Depending of the project we will
have to see the following departments: Asbestos,
Development, Environmental, Hazardous Material,
Parking Facility, Platting, Stationary Air Source,
Storage Tank, Surface Water, Tree Removal,
Wastewater, and Wellfield Protection. As part of the
review the county might charge impact and
concurrency fees if they are required.
Impact/concurrency fees will vary based on size,
location, and actual use.

of Coconut Creek, City of Cooper City, City of
Coral Springs, City of Dania Beach, City of

Asbestos Certificate
As
part of the walkthru review
we are required to see the Asbestos department.
They will require us to submit an
Asbestos
Survey for all demolition or renovation
projects, involving commercial buildings or
residential buildings with four (4) or more building
units affecting 160 square feet, 260 linear feet or
35 cubic feet or more of regulated asbestos
containing materials (RACM). An asbestos survey must
be completed for all demolition and renovation
projects over 160 square feet. If you need an
Asbestos Survey
